Florida Bug Control is actively hiring experienced Pest Control Sales Representatives to help expand our residential and commercial customer base throughout Florida.
This is a 1099 commission-only opportunity for highly motivated sales professionals who thrive in face-to-face sales environments and are confident generating their own leads through door-to-door and business-to-business prospecting.
What You'll Do:
- Prospect neighborhoods and local businesses daily.
- Generate new residential pest control accounts.
- Develop commercial pest control opportunities.
- Educate customers about pest prevention and treatment solutions.
- Present service options and pricing.
- Close sales and secure signed service agreements.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of new customers.
Requirements:
✅ Previous door-to-door sales experience REQUIRED
✅ Strong closing skills and confidence speaking with homeowners and business owners
✅ Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
✅ Reliable transportation
✅ Professional appearance and communication skills
✅ Ability to work flexible hours
