What You'll Do

As a Remote Client Support Associate , you'll combine customer service, client relationship management, benefits education, and consultative enrollment support .

Connect With Clients

• Meet virtually with clients through Zoom and phone appointments

• Connect with individuals who have requested information

• Ask questions to understand individual and family needs

• Build professional, long-term client relationships

Explain Benefits & Guide Clients
