Required Skills:

• Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in New York
• Board-certified or Board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology or Family Medicine with OB hospitalist experience
• Proven ability to handle high-acuity obstetric cases with professionalism and confidence
• Strong communication and collaborative skills
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced hospital settings and manage multiple priorities effectively

Nice to Have Skills:

• Previous experience in a hospitalist or OB consulting role
• Advanced fetal monitoring or ultrasound proficiency
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• At least 2 years of relevant OB hospitalist experience
• Current NY state medical license or eligibility for licensure
• OB hospitalist or inpatient OB experience in a hospital setting is highly desirable

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts, including potential on-call duties
• Compliance with all hospital and state regulations for medical practice
• Certifications in necessary obstetric and emergency procedures
• Willingness to travel to Johnson City, NY, and be available for temporary coverage as needed
