Job Description As a Crunch Ambassador, you are the first impression the community has of our brand. Your mission is to build hype and sign up founding members before the doors even open. Responsibilities Be a social butterfly: Hit the streets! Engage with people in the community, local businesses, and at special events to spread the word about our grand opening. Generate leads & close sales: Work from our pre-sale office and in the field to identify potential members, distribute marketing materials, and guide prospects through the sign-up process. Build the buzz: Use your energy and charisma to build excitement and explain why Crunch is the ultimate fitness destination. Be the brand: Uphold our "No Judgments" philosophy. Your positive energy should be infectious both in person and on your social media platforms. Partner up: Establish local business partnerships for cross‑promotion opportunities.
