Position Title: Data Entry Specialist (part-time) Location: Ste 600 Phoenix AZ 85012 Duration: 1-2 months Contract on W2 Work schedule: 20 hrs. in a week Position Description: The Data Entry Specialist will support Department of Public Health with its 2026 Community Health Needs Assessment. This position will receive paper surveys that have been completed by community members in either English or Spanish and transcribe them into a digital database. The position will also be responsible for quality assurance checks to ensure accurate data entry. Skills Required: English and Spanish comprehension (reading and writing); computer / technology skills; typing speed Skills Preferred: Experience in Public Health Experience Required: Data Entry Education Required: High school diploma or GED Additional Information: Hours for the assignment will have: 20 hours/week (may exceed based on workload Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).
