Manage the sales floor and merchandise presentation in the freezer/cooler/deli area, handling claims and returns, zoning, receiving and stocking merchandise, setting up, cleaning and organizing displays, removing damaged goods, signing and pricing merchandise, completing required audits, paperwork, logs and other documentation, and securing fragile and high‑shrink merchandise. Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, locating merchandise, assisting purchase decisions, providing deli products, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting company products and services. Follow policies related to freezer/cooler area, comply with food‑handling policies, operate, repair and sanitize equipment, follow cold‑chain procedures when stocking merchandise, clean freezer/cooler/deli areas, monitor equipment operation, and report issues to management. Compensation Hourly wage range: $17.00 to $25.00 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply.
