Operations Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member
Melba Ballard - State Farm Agent
Role Description As Account Representative for Wendy Hall Insurance Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. We are currently in search of a motivated sales associate. You will improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Salary is commensurate with experience. The position provides a competitive base salary plus commission, with no upper limit on commission. Responsibilities Provide information about insurance products and services. Actively market products that meet customers' needs. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Learn strategies to pivot to other lines of insurance to benefit and meet changing customer needs. Qualifications Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Experience in sales preferred. Must have a 220 and life license.
