Join the MVT family!!! Mesilla Valley Transportation is hiring an Intern to join our Customer Success team! We are seeking a highly motivated Intern to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in various aspects of logistics and customer service within a professional setting. Key Responsibilities Participate in various training programs to better understand Customer Success and Logistics goals. Participate in a mentorship program that drives success within the assigned internship projects. Observe members of the Customer Success and/or Logistics team to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness. Review current reporting needs and make recommendations based on trends/patterns. Take lead on assigned projects and collaborate with team members to drive completion. Support Customer Success and/or Logistics teams with administrative duties as needed. Qualifications Actively enrolled in Bachelor’s degree program with expected completion within 1 year of internship start. Bachelor’s degree should be in related field, such as Business, Supply Chain, or Logistics. Full proficiency with Microsoft Office suite or related software. Advanced Excel knowledge preferred. Basic knowledge and understanding of motor carrier operations and geography. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
