Earn What You’re Worth – With Clear Growth Built In :

Night Shift Compensation:

• $21.88 to start (rate already Includes a night shift differential).
• 1st Raise @ 6-month - $22.45.
• 2nd Raise @ 4/26/27 - $23.43.
• 3rd Raise @ 1 year - $24.03.
• Additional Annual Raises.
• Potential Earnings: $55,000 - $70,000/year in hourly wages with overtime.

Day Shift Comparison:

• $20.93 to start.
• 1st Raise @ 6-month - $21.48.
• 2nd Raise @ 4/26/27 - $22.45.
• 3rd Raise @ 1 year - $23.03.
• Additional Annual Raises.
• Potential Earnings: $55,000 - $70,000/year in hourly wages with overtime.

Current Shifts Available (4 Day Option or 5 Day Option):

• You have the option of 4-day or 5-day work weeks with built-in mandatory overtime (working up to 12 hours per day). After 90 days an extra day could be scheduled for both options depending on manpower.
• 5:00 AM Start
• 5:00 PM Start
• Weekends and holidays are part of the schedule — exactly how you maximize your earnings.
• The railroad runs 24/7/365, creating steady opportunity.
• There is the possibility of a mandatory extra day after your initial 90 days.
