You’ll collaborate with a diverse and talented team of project managers, engineers, data scientists, and researchers to develop innovative solutions that redefine the AI landscape. You have Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or IT. Proven experience in product management in the technology industry, preferably in AI/ML environments. Understanding of AI concepts and technologies, of AI technologies and their application in solving business problems. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach. Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. What You'll Do Develop and refine the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with company objectives and market trends. Collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams including engineers, data scientists, designers, and other stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Prioritize features based on customer feedback, market research, and business value, managing the product lifecycle from ideation to launch. Use KPIs to monitor product performance, making data-driven decisions for optimization. Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues to ensure project success. Provide regular project status updates and reports to management and stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, milestones, and challenges. Nice to have Experience with Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile practices such as Scrum or Kanban. Proficiency in Data Analysis Tools: Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Tableau. Understanding of UX/UI Principles: Knowledge of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles.
