To advance the Principal Owner channel's strategy and execution, the full-time remote Head of Strategy, Integration, & Performance (Chief of Staff, Principal Owner Channel) will manage cross-functional alignment, drive business performance, and enhance organizational effectiveness while collaborating with senior leaders. Key Responsibilities Serve as a central point of coordination across channel leadership, sales, product, marketing, and operations Lead strategic growth initiatives and enhance visibility into business performance by identifying trends and opportunities Improve operating models and drive adoption of tools and processes that enhance organizational effectiveness Required Qualifications 7-10 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or related leadership roles Demonstrated success in leading enterprise-scale strategic initiatives and cross-functional transformations Strong knowledge of advisor distribution, wealth management, and field operations Exceptional executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders Experience developing performance management frameworks and utilizing analytics for business outcomes
