This is a great opportunity to gain valuable manufacturing and quality experience with a respected employer.Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kAnd More!Quality Control Inspector Details:Temp-to-Hire position$25.00 to $28.00 / hourFull Time work availableWeekend work requiredVarious shifts availableMonitor automatic inspection equipment to ensure proper operation.Perform basic cleaning, visual inspections, and minor equipment adjustments.Inspect products and identify defects or quality concerns.Complete quality reports and communicate findings to supervisors and production personnel.Remove or separate product when critical quality issues are identified.Collect defect samples and provide information to the production team to support corrections.Review work instructions, quality requirements, customer concerns, and inspection reports.Complete required safety activities and monthly training assignments.Follow all company safety, quality, and production procedures.Quality Control Inspector Qualifications:Strong attention to detail and quality awareness.Ability to recognize and accurately document defects.Good communication and organizational skills.Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.Ability to work rotating day and night shifts.Previous manufacturing or quality inspection experience is a plus.Ability to follow safety procedures and complete required training.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
