Please note that due to Department of Defense contract requirements, U.S. CITIZENSHIP IS REQUIRED.Position Title: Program ManagerWorking independently, manages all aspects of a program from inception through final delivery of product. Resolves problems, escalating as necessary, and makes recommendations and occasional decisions regarding pricing, schedules, commit dates, etc.Program management also emphasizes the coordinating and prioritizing of resources, managing links between the program and the overall costs and risks of the programBuilds productive internal/external working relationshipsResponsible for all program aspects and ensures program-related decisions are guided by the terms and conditions of the customer’s contractResponsible for customer management and satisfaction, order management and delivery, revenue achievement, business issue resolution (A/R, E&O material issues, PPV, credit, RMA’s), and business developmentDevelop and maintain business relationships with customers and cultivate relationships that establish SCI’s consultative approach and promote its total solution capabilities within customers’ and potential customer’s organizationsUnderstand Sanmina and SCI Technology, Inc. offerings for vertical integration and directs customer appropriately towards additional or alternative Sanmina-SCI products or servicesMay perform other duties and responsibilities as assignedEducation and Experience:Candidate must be a U.S. citizen.Bachelor’s degree or higher preferredMinimum of 2 years program/project management experienceStrong program management experienceThe ideal candidate will have a “hands on” program management experience with highly technical, detailed programs requiring stringent reporting requirementsStrong business acumen developed through a combination of education and experienceShould be able to demonstrate relationship building skills and be comfortable interacting with professionals at all organizational levelsSolid negotiation skills are required for interaction with both customers and internal stake holdersAbility to be persuasive, while at the same time providing a win/win flavor to all dealingsThis is an ITAR facility and applicant must be a US Citizen or a lawful permanent resident.
