Oneida Center Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Location: Utica, NY Shift: Overnight Benefits Sign On Bonus: $7,500 Daily Pay: Available through a trusted third-party provider, giving you faster access to your earnings. Responsibilities Complete resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff. Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to residents and families. Provide information to residents and staff by answering questions and requests. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by implementing rules and regulations. Ensure resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing. Manage documentation of resident care services. Promote a cooperative relationship among health care teams. Qualifications Must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. Strong and positive team director for all members of the staff. Familiar with EHR and prescribing programs. Excellent communication skills. Basic computer skills.
