Registered Nurse Surgical ICU

Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical/Surgical We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical Surgical unit under the general supervision of the Nurse Manager. The RN will provide compassionate, high‑quality patient care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and ensuring comprehensive care for patients admitted from various units. Location & Companies Department: Medical/Surgical Companies and Details: Integra Vascular – patient‑focused, preventative vascular care, minimizing wounds and hospitalizations; SJHMC – standard medical/surgical care; AdventHealth – community‑centric care focused on the wholeness of each person; Watertown Regional Medical Center – optional sign‑on bonus of $10,000; 600+ bed, not‑for‑profit hospital; and other similar facilities. Travel Experience: Required for several positions. Relocation: Willingness to relocate in Texas or California may be required. Visa: TN / EB‑3 / Green Card sponsorship available for USRN positions. Sign‑On Bonus: Eligible up to $10,000 in selected openings. Compensation: Hourly ranges include $32.00 and $13.00 for some postings, with full‑time positions primarily at $32.00/hour. Job Responsibilities Provide individualized, comprehensive patient care in a Med‑Surg unit. Perform critical assessments and skilled nursing procedures. Support medical staff and follow hospital policies and objectives. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to deliver optimal patient outcomes. Maintain professional accountability for patient care and outcomes. Use nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. Qualifications & Requirements Registered Nurse (RN) license. Experience in medical/surgical or related setting. Travel experience (for certain positions). Ability to relocate if required. Prior experience with float/flex teams (for some postings). Eligibility for USRN TN or EB‑3 sponsorship programs. Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly salary of $32.00 (and other positions range to $13.00). Full‑time (some part‑time also available).
