This role offers the opportunity to practice independently in a supportive primary care environment, managing acute and chronic conditions, providing preventive care, and coordinating care with integrated behavioral health and specialty support resources. Schedule Full-time | 0.77 FTE | Onsite – CentraCare- Northway Family Medicine, St. Cloud, MN Days | 4, 8-hour shifts | 8:00am – 5:00pm Mon, Tue, Wed and Fri No nights, weekends, holidays or call responsibilities Pay and Benefits Salary range: $109,241.60 - $124,904 per year Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based (RVU) compensation.
