Project Engineer

Job Responsibilities Project execution of current Processing, Packaging, Building, and Utility projects. Work with Engineering Manager to align on project priorities. Work with CAPEX analyst to manage the capital forecast and budget for each project. Create, design and evaluate initial call for tender documents with the Engineering Manager. Work with Regional Engineering teams during bidding processes and technical alignment. Work with the CAPEX procurement team to align on priorities and contract negotiations. Travel occasionally for training or plant projects. Qualifications Experience and working knowledge in: Integrated automation and controls technology. Process engineering and PMO, 3A standards. Manufacturing plant utility systems. Must be organized and self‑disciplined to manage concurrent projects. Excellent conflict resolution and interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or late shifts during installation/startup periods. Experience and Education Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or relevant degree from an accredited college or university.
