This is a dual role, where you'll take ownership of household tasks while also providing critical support for our children after school and camp. You'll be responsible for picking up the kids each day, creating a calm environment where they can unwind after a busy school day, and guiding them through their routines before extracurricular activities. You should feel comfortable stepping in to assist with light homework, helping the kids stay on track with their responsibilities, and engaging them in activities that foster creativity and fun during their downtime.You will manage household tasks with initiative, including organizing spaces, handling errands, and supporting household logistics, but the core of your role will be supporting the kids' well-being and giving them the attention and care they need after school hours.
