Contingent Workforce Manager

Contingent Workforce Manager Location: Fremont, CA | Full‑time, on‑site, 5 days a week. Reports to the Talent Acquisition Leader. Responsibilities Manage the full‑cycle recruiting process for hourly contingent manufacturing roles from sourcing to offer. Develop efficient pipelines, reduce time‑to‑fill, and sustain a steady flow of qualified candidates to meet fluctuating staffing needs. Own end‑to‑end contingent worker hiring, partnering closely with staffing agencies. Drive adoption of unified hiring models, structured interviews, and consistent assessment standards that elevate quality, fairness, and confidence at scale. Continuously improve interview readiness, rescheduling, funnel quality, reporting accuracy, and hiring speed. Design and operationalize repeatable mechanisms for capacity planning, pipeline management, and hiring velocity. Establish and uphold clear KPIs on time‑to‑fill, funnel health, readiness, and quality. Oversee onsite staffing vendors or RPO/MSP partners, ensuring service levels, quality, and speed. Qualifications 7–10 years of manufacturing hiring experience in a high‑growth environment. Hands‑on recruiting of manufacturing roles. Strong executive influence skills—able to align stakeholders and drive meaningful change without authority. Experience leading complex, multi‑team recruiting operations in fast‑moving, enterprise‑scale environments. Deep expertise in structured assessment, funnel diagnostics, and scalable process design. Proven accountability record—setting high standards, measuring outcomes, and delivering results.
