Pay Rate: $21.50 - $23.05 per hour (depending on experience) Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Why This Role Matters As a Phlebotomist II, you will play a vital role in the patient experience by ensuring accurate specimen collection, processing, and documentation. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help support accurate laboratory testing and exceptional patient care. What You'll Do Collect high-quality blood specimens through venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, and geriatric collections Process and prepare specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures Verify patient identification and specimen labeling to ensure accuracy and compliance Maintain required records and documentation while adhering to confidentiality standards Provide outstanding customer service and create a positive patient experience Perform specimen collection and processing duties with minimal supervision Travel between patient service centers and client locations as needed to support business needs Support a safe, professional, and efficient work environment What We're Looking For A current, up-to-date resume High school diploma or equivalent 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections Strong specimen collection, processing, and documentation skills Excellent customer service and patient communication abilities Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred Experience in a Patient Service Center environment preferred Keyboarding and data entry experience Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between work locations as needed Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment Ability to meet compliance requirements Must be eligible and provide proof of eligibility to work in the US What's In It For You Opportunity to make a direct impact on patient care and laboratory operations Gain experience in a respected healthcare environment Work with a collaborative and patient-focused team Expand your phlebotomy and specimen processing expertise Potential pathway to long-term employment opportunities Benefits for Manpower Associates (Upon Eligibility) Upon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for: #J-18808-Ljbffr Manpower, Inc.
