Heavy Equipment MechanicRequired Skills & Experience: 5-15 years of hands-on mechanic experience (compensation scales with experience). Strong background in mechanical diagnostics and repair (not just oil changes—must have turned wrenches). Experience working on semi-trucks (Peterbilt ideally). Willingness to work 12-hour days, Monday through Saturday (overtime available). Must have own tools (tool allowance provided).Nice to Have Skills & Experience: Experience using diagnosing tool (Matco Tools or Snap-On). Knowledge of DEF systems. Mobile Mechanic experience. Experience with rental companies like United Rentals, Sunstate, EquipmentShare, or Sunbelt. Bilingual in English and Spanish.
