We are hiring an Account Manager for our Technology practice, based in New York. We will accept local candidates as well as anyone looking to relocate.
Responsibilities
- Generate new candidates against existing client requirements, no new business requirement
- Facilitate and attend client meetings, offering strategic and practical solutions to clients
- Stay abreast of market conditions and present findings to client in concise and clear manner
- Identify opportunities for improved processes
Qualifications
- 2-5 years Rec-2-Rec experience
- OR 2-5 years 360 Recruitment experience in a candidate short market
- OR 2-5 years Inhouse/Talent Acquisition experience
