Front Desk Associate
Our Front Desk Associates are the face of our clinic and play a key role in creating an exceptional experience for every patient who walks through our doors.
Responsibilities include:

• Answering phones and greeting patients
• Scheduling and managing appointments
• Registering and onboarding new patients
• Collecting patient payments
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records
• Assisting with general front office and clinic administrative tasks

Experience in customer service, a medical office setting, electronic medical records, or verifying insurance benefits is a plus , but not required.

Position Details
This is a full-time position working between our Northborough and Hudson clinic locations .

• Starting pay: $20.00 per hour
• Opportunity to earn a monthly performance-based bonus
