Customer Service CoordinatorRoots Financial Group, an established financial services practice for Thrivent in Hummelstown, PA is looking for a full-time Customer Service Coordinator. Position summary: The Customer Service Coordinator supports the team at Roots Financial by completing organizational and customer service related tasks that keep the practice running. They coordinate communication between clients and all departments as well as assist in prioritizing workflows for the team's Financial Advisors. This role is critical to keeping the daily operations of the practice running, including, but not limited to utilizing Thrivent computer systems and programs in support of client relations and planning activities of the Financial Advisors, supports securities and insurance-related tasks and other administrative tasks as assigned. This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented position that requires the ability to multi-task and balance numerous demands and timelines simultaneously. The Customer Service Administrator reports to and is employed by Roots Financial Group. This is an in-office position. Compensation is $15-17/hr depending upon experience.Position ResponsibilitiesAct as a phone receptionist – receive incoming calls, respond to general questions, gather details around client needsEnter and maintain client information and interactions into various client relationship management systemsMeet and greet clients at Hummelstown locationMaintain, coordinate, and schedule client meetings with Financial AdvisorsPrepare documentation, agendas, and reports in advance of client meetingsCommunicate post-meeting summary, follow up, and action items to clientsComplete forms for basic policy and account updatesResearch and respond to client inquiriesAssist with marketing and logistics for events, conferences, social media, and overall brandingProcess and distribute incoming physical mail; send outgoing mailAssist in creating welcoming office environment for clients, guests, and colleaguesComplete other miscellaneous tasks as assigned by Financial AdvisorsBenefits:11 Office HolidaysSimple IRA with match after 1 year of servicePosition QualificationsPrevious customer service orientation/experience, 2+ years preferredStrong technical computer aptitude and knowledge of business tools (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce)Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain a high quality of work while experiencing frequent interruptionsAbility to maintain integrity of sensitive/confidential informationAs part of Roots Financial Group's recruiting/hiring/contracting process, a verification of a candidate's background will be made to complete the hiring/contracting process.
