Customer Service and Logistics Coordinator

As a Customer Service and Logistics Coordinator, you will support customer service, order processing, material planning, transportation scheduling, and warehouse operations while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external customers.What We Offer:
- Pay of $19.25 per hour
- Monday–Friday | 2nd Shift | 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM
- Training Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM for the first 2–4 weeks

- High school diploma or related discipline preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in a warehouse environment required
- SAP experience
- Excellent computer skills with working knowledge of multiple software packages, preferably Microsoft Office and SAP ERP
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional etiquette in face-to-face, telephone, and email communication
- Ability to handle stressful situations efficiently and professionally
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple email communications simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of escalation processes and when escalation is necessary
- Ability to use 5 Why's or 8D problem-solving methods
- Ability to learn and work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to provide backup support as needed
- Flexibility and willingness to learn established operational processes
- Stable work history
- Commitment to teamwork, sales goals, and customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external customers
- Respond to customer inquiries by telephone and email in a timely and professional manner
- Communicate updates to customers when deviations occur
- Support customer delivery creation at the warehouse
- Create daily customer order picks
- Perform entry-level material planning
- Investigate variances and work with the appropriate source to identify resolutions
- Schedule daily and expedited transportation services using customer and freight-forwarding websites
- Perform general office duties, including filing, faxing, and scanning
- Maintain records according to established retention procedures and Central Directives
- Follow appropriate escalation processes when issues arise
- Use 5 Why's or 8D methods to support problem-solving
- Provide backup support to team members as needed
- Manage multiple priorities and communications in a fast-paced warehouse environment
