DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES As the dishwasher you will... Collect used kitchenware from trays. Load and unload dishwashing machines. Ensure there are always enough clean dishes, glasses, and utensils, especially during peak hours. Maintain cleaning supplies stock. Check washing machines operation and promptly report any technical/performance issues. Sanitize the kitchen area. Time management skills Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and evenings Attention To Detail Taking responsibility for a thorough and detailed method of working. Organizational Awareness Having and using knowledge of systems, situations, procedures, and culture inside the organization to identify potential problems and opportunities, perceiving the impact and the implications of decisions on other components of the organization.
