We take pride in offering a flexible compensation package that reflects your unique skills and value to the role.Essential Functions:Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities.Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care for residents.Monitor and document patient progress, changes in condition, and treatment plans.Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.Provide emotional support to residents and their families.Supervise and mentor nursing assistants and other team members.Adhere to all safety, health, and regulatory guidelines.What We're Looking For:A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification.A big heart, a caring soul, and a little bit of patience.New Grads are welcome!Someone who enjoys making others feel safe, comfortable, and cared for.We Take Care of Our Own!
