We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembly Line Team Lead to drive efficiency, quality, and safety on our manufacturing floor. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily assembly operations, coordinate team activities, and ensure that production goals are met with precision and excellence. As a team lead, you will inspire teamwork, uphold safety standards, and promote continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Location : Hartford, CT


Salary: $19.00/hr


Shift: 1st shift, Monday-Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm


Qualifications:

• 2+ years lead/supervisor experience in the industrial field or manufacturing field
• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Prior mechanical experience is a plus
• Prior machine operating or painting experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Being able to lead a small team of assemblers
• Powder coating application
• Quality inspection of work produced by team and reporting any issues
• Able to work in a dirty/dusty/smelly environment
