Key Responsibilities: Inspect finished products and remove any defective items to maintain quality standards. Gather and prepare packaging materials to match customer orders. Print and apply labels accurately to packaged goods. Assemble, label, and prepare boxes for shipment. Operate metal detection equipment to ensure food safety compliance. Count and verify product quantities to match labeling requirements. Label and package finished products for distribution. Complete work orders and maintain accurate documentation of processed goods. Follow all safety, sanitation, and quality assurance guidelines. Qualifications & Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately count products. Organized and able to apply logical thinking to problem-solving situations. Basic record-keeping skills and ability to maintain production documentation. Ability to distinguish colors and fine details in product and labeling. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks in a manufacturing environment. Work Environment & Physical Requirements: Requires mobility across office, plant, and warehouse settings. Involves sitting, standing, walking, lifting, and frequent communication. Exposure to loud and dusty environments; subject to temperature fluctuations. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting.
