We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Commercial Lines Insurance Agent with a proven track record in risk management and commercial property & casualty (P&C) insurance. In this role, you will manage, grow, and maintain a diverse portfolio of commercial clients, providing tailored risk solutions, and exceptional consultative service. The ideal candidate possesses industry knowledge, strong underwriting relationships, and a passion for strategic client advisory. Key Responsibilities Portfolio Management & Retention: Service and maintain an assigned book of commercial business, ensuring high client retention through proactive relationship management and renewal reviews. New Business Development: Identify, prospect, and cross-sell commercial insurance solutions to mid-to-large market businesses. Underwriting: Analyze client business operations, exposures, and loss history to deploy comprehensive, cost-effective solutions.
