You will lead "greenfield" cloud multi-tenant projects, using a fresh perspective and cutting-edge Agentic workflows to modernize legacy systems and solve complex architectural challenges for a global audience.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

• Provide technical vision and strategic leadership to architect a modern, scalable mobile ecosystem across iOS and Android platforms.
• Lead the implementation of Agentic workflows and AI agents to automate routine maintenance, feature development, and high-scale testing.
• Modernize existing mobile architecture by incorporating .NET and cloud-native principles to ensure long-term performance and sustainability.
• Oversee the evolution of mobile CI/CD pipelines and manage sophisticated cloud deployment strategies within Azure and Kubernetes.
• Act as a technical mentor for engineering teams, establishing high-level coding standards and driving architectural whiteboarding sessions for future-proof solutions.

Essential Skills & Experience

• 7-10+ years of software engineering experience with a heavy emphasis on mobile platforms and the .NET/C# ecosystem.
• Proven ability to design and implement Agentic AI workflows and utilize LLMs to solve complex architectural challenges.
• Expert knowledge of Entity Framework (EF) Core and advanced experience with REST Web APIs and Identity concepts (IAM).
• Mastery of mobile testing and mocking frameworks (XCUITest, NUnit, NSubstitute) to ensure high-scale reliability.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure including Azure services, Docker, and Kubernetes (AKS).

Bonus Points For:

• Experience establishing AI governance and coding standards to ensure high-quality output across an organization.
• Expertise in using AI-driven patterns to migrate legacy monolithic applications into modern C# microservices.
• Advanced proficiency with Azure DevOps and AI coding assistants like GitHub Copilot or Cursor.
• Familiarity with construction industry accounting or project management software.

This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
