About the Role:
As a Shift Manager, you are the driving force behind a successful shift. You'll oversee operations, ensure outstanding customer service, and lead by example every day. From cost control and inventory management to maintaining a perfect store image, you are responsible for creating a smooth, profitable, and positive work environment.

What You'll Do:

Manage all aspects of your shift, including staffing, cash control, food quality, and store cleanliness.
Set the standard for your team by following all policies and procedures 100% of the time.
Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
Maintain inventory accuracy, handle paperwork, and ensure schedules are followed.
Drive profitability through cost control and smart decision-making.
Represent Domino's with a positive attitude and a commitment to quality.

What We're Looking For:

A reliable leader with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication abilities to interact with customers and team members in person and over the phone.
Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tracking (calculator allowed).
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Consistent attendance, punctuality, and reliable transportation to and from work.
Essential Functions:

Operate store equipment safely and effectively.
Prepare food products with accuracy and speed.
Stock and organize inventory from delivery to storage.
Enter orders quickly and accurately using a computer or touchscreen system.
Keep the store and equipment clean and maintained daily.
