Corporate Attorney

DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Attorney to join our law firm and support Partners who are looking to transition their current book of clients. This role focuses on providing expert legal counsel to corporate clients, including addressing complex matters such as mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, and contract negotiations.
