Pay Range: $34.21 - $51.31 A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education. The Business Performance Consultant supports system-wide operational excellence by identifying, leading, and executing high-impact efficiency initiatives. This position partners closely with department and ministry leadership to address complex organizational challenges through strategic facilitation, data-driven insights, and internal consulting. The consultant drives measurable results by building strong cross-functional relationships, fostering accountability, and ensuring initiatives are implemented effectively and sustained over time. (100 Mb or higher is preferred.) * Upload speeds must be at least 6 Mb or higher. (10 Mb or higher is preferred.) * Latency/Ping must be under 100 ms. (Under 60 ms is preferred.) Education Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field required. * Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Healthcare Administration (MHA), Nursing, or a related field preferred. Experience Qualifications * 3-5 years of experience in consulting (internal or external), process improvement, or performance management required. * 1-3 years of healthcare operations experience with exposure to leadership, management, or strategic initiatives required. * Experience supporting large or multi-site healthcare organizations preferred.
