Material Handler

Material HandlerThe Material Handler is responsible for maintaining inventory store organization and conducting cycle counts. You will issue materials from the stock room and assemble kits for special projects such as PCP, Sales Orders, ECN, NCR, and RMA. The role requires accurately picking, counting, and labeling parts for production operations according to pick lists, documenting shortages, and entering data into SAP. Additionally, you will audit and re-shelve returned kits while adhering to materials handling and ESD control procedures.ResponsibilitiesMaintain inventory store organization and conduct cycle counts.Issue materials from the stock room and assemble kits for special projects.Accurately pick, count, and label parts for production operations according to pick lists.Document shortage information and enter data into SAP.Audit and re-shelve returned kits.Follow materials handling and ESD control procedures.Essential SkillsExperience in shipping, receiving, and inventory management.Proficiency in computer skills, particularly Windows.Material handling experience.Additional Skills & QualificationsMinimum high school diploma or equivalent.Organized and detail-oriented.Knowledge of Oracle 11i is a plus.Previous electronic manufacturing experience is an asset.Ability to work flexible hours, including daily and weekly overtime.Work EnvironmentThe work environment is clean, indoors, and climate-controlled.
