Diabetes Educator — Pediatric & Family Care Lead

Huntsville Hospital Health System is seeking a Diabetes Educator for the adult and pediatric patient population in Huntsville, Alabama. The ideal candidate will have expertise in diabetes care, be an effective communicator, and work well in a multi-disciplinary team. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs for diabetes education, providing consultation, and delivering comprehensive education. Must possess a nursing license and work towards becoming a Certified Diabetes Educator.
