Executive AssistantThe Executive Assistant is responsible for providing advanced administrative support to VPs and SVPs. The Executive Assistant has the ability to problem solve, think critically, and anticipate needs. Strong business communications, oral and written and understands confidentiality.Key ResponsibilitiesProviding and coordinating calendar, email, and departmental communication supportBook travel & complete expense reportingPreparing and maintaining reports and documents for the departmentBudget management and tracking including reconciling invoicesSupport company philanthropy and associate programsPrepare presentations, manage spreadsheets / charts and run business reportingOrder office supplies for the departmentAnticipate leader and departmental needsSpecial projects as assignedRequired Experience & QualificationsBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience7 years of relevant experience supporting VP/SVP level leadershipCritical Skills & AttributesProficiency with Microsoft and Google products as well as aptitude to learn new software and systemsAbility to effective juggle multiple projects, priorities and deadlinesStrong organizational skillsAbility to work with a sense of urgencyPossess problem-solving skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)Strong adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulnessDemonstrated ability to maintain a high level of confidentialitySolid time management practicesNatural problem solver with a positive, solution-oriented mindsetFlexible, adaptable and resourcefulAble to take initiative where appropriate and ask for guidance or clarification where neededClosingIf you would like to know more about the California Consumer Privacy Act click here.Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.
