Physical Therapist

Position Summary We are only looking for weekend availability with this role. Responsibilities Provide rehabilitative services to patients under specific medical orders as part of a coordinated team. Plan initial and subsequent treatment programs based on clinical findings. Participate in clinical conferences to share and coordinate the plan of care for patients. Deliver individualized treatment sessions (one on one) using a functional based approach. Individualize treatment sessions as needed. Qualifications Degree in Physical Therapy or related discipline. Current Physical Therapy license in state of practice, or ability to obtain prior to beginning employment. Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills. Computer proficiency. Availability to work weekends.
