Registered Nurse - PACU

One holiday/year. This position is referral eligible and qualifies for a location differential. Nursing skills gained on this unit: Time management Patient assessment Prioritization of care Patient and family education Qualifications Requires Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred. Requires current state of Indiana license as Registered Nurse. Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program. Exceptions: Candidates who have not graduated from a nationally accredited program may be considered if they possess more than two years of acute care experience. Such exceptions are subject to review and approval by the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO). Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA. Other Advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies. Why Join IU Health?
