We’re hiring an Onboarding Specialist who thrives in a fast‑moving startup environment. You’ll own customer onboarding and compliance operations end‑to‑end. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who thrives on autonomy, high‑velocity execution, and building relationships from first touch to close. Responsibilities Conduct KYC/CDD reviews for new B2B customer onboarding, identifying high-risk factors and escalating to legal and compliance as needed Maintain fast turnaround times across the onboarding lifecycle, balancing regulatory requirements with client delivery expectations Partner with internal teams to resolve documentation gaps and drive timely account approvals Support audit and compliance initiatives by maintaining accurate records and adhering to internal control standards Identify workflow inefficiencies and contribute to process improvements that boost onboarding accuracy and speed Qualifications 1+ years in BSA/AML, KYC/KYB, or fintech/bank compliance operations Solid grasp of BSA/AML fundamentals: CIP, CDD, OFAC/sanctions, SAR/CTR basics Sharp attention to detail and sound judgment under time pressure Clear written communicator who can defend a risk decision simply Resilient, goal-oriented, and motivated by performance Compensation This is a high‑autonomy role where you’ll directly impact company growth.
