Real Estate SpecialistThe Real Estate Specialist position is responsible for supporting the distribution of the firm's real estate investment capabilities including core, value-add and opportunistic equity & debt portfolios across a range of investment vehicles. The Specialist partners with Sales, Product, Marketing and Investments to best position Nuveen's real estate capabilities with prospective and existing clients, primarily in the Institutional channel. The role is a subject matter expert, possessing deep familiarity of real estate, and of Nuveen's investment strategies in related asset classes.Key Responsibilities and DutiesLeads the growth and retention of Nuveen’s Real Estate assets across institutional channels and consultantsUnderstand and be able to conduct detailed discussions on real estate and on the full range of Nuveen real estate strategies and products in related asset classesDistinguish Nuveen’s real estate products/solutions from those of other competitorsServe as an expert point of contact for investment-related questions and coverage for prospective investors, clients, and salespeopleStay current on industry developments and Nuveen productsProvide creative product and solutions ideas based on investor and client needsLeverage internal resources in order to drive and grow business activityProvide feedback from investors and clients to internal partners to inform new products and opportunitiesEducational RequirementsUniversity (Degree) PreferredWork Experience5+ Years Required; 7+ Years PreferredFINRA RegistrationsSRC Indicator: Series 7; Series 63 or Series 66Physical RequirementsPhysical Requirements: Sedentary WorkCareer Level8ICRequired Qualifications:Minimum of 5+ years of real estate capital raising experienceSeries 7 and Series 63 and/or Series 66Preferred Qualifications:10+ years fundraising experienceExisting consultant and plan sponsor relationshipsKnowledge of institutional eco systemsRelated SkillsAlternative Investments, Business Development, Capital Markets, Client Relationship Management, Consultative Communication, Data-Based Decision Making, Nuveen Products/Services Acumen, Practice Management Strategy, Sales Process ManagementAnticipated Posting End Date:2026-05-27Base Pay Range: $200,000/yr - $259,950/yrActual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
