Full Time Rochester, NY, US Salary Range: $17.00 To $20.00 Hourly The Country Club of Rochester is a prestigious Platinum Club of America and one of the country's oldest clubs with deep roots in the community. Duties/Responsibilities: Ensure the kitchen is clean, well maintained and organized at all times, following all sanitation guidelines. Ensure floors are dry and clean at all times. Assist the Cooks and Servers as and when necessary. Proactively collects and removes trash from all areas of the operation. Ensure waste bin and loading dock area is kept clean and tidy. Carry out general cleaning as directed to include sweeping, mopping up, etc. Cleans and sanitizes pots, pans, utensils, and other equipment. Cleans and sanitizes dishes and related ServiceWare following established procedures. Cleans large equipment as assigned, following established procedures. Consistently adheres to SDS ( Safety Data Sheet) information related to the proper and safe use of chemicals in the workplace. Ensure all equipment is clean and in good working order. Wash , Wipe, Sort, stack dishes, and load/unload dishwasher. Wash, Wipe, Sort, stack and store all cleaned items in an organized and safe manner. Clean, sanitize and close workstations. Uses and maintains all equipment according to manufacturer and department guidelines. Report any maintenance or hazard issues to management. Assist in light food preparation as directed by manager, such as washing and peeling vegetables. Always Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Other duties as assigned.
