This innovative facility will operate as an outpatient department of Deaconess Gateway Hospital and will offer both emergency and urgent care services in one convenient location. We are building a collaborative, patient-centered team of healthcare professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional care in a modern, efficient environment. The facility will feature advanced diagnostic capabilities, including CT and X-ray services, and a streamlined care model designed to improve both the patient and caregiver experience. Licenses and Certifications:

• American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) Required
• BLS CPR certification for healthcare providers Required
• License renewal must occur within two weeks of expiration date Required
• Employee must be RVT and/or RVS and RDMS registry eligible upon hire. Employee will be required to obtain RVT and/or RVS and RDMS within first 18 months.
• Revocation or inability to maintain licensure and/or registration may result in termination
