Apartment Maintenance Supervisor

Dominium Management Services, LLC seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance at our multifamily communities. In this resident-focused role, you will oversee technicians and vendors, complete and prioritize work orders, and perform hands-on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building repairs. You will manage preventive maintenance, unit turns, safety and code compliance, and maintenance budgets. Working closely with property management, you’ll help ensure high-quality, well-maintained homes and support a collaborative, accountable, and integrity-driven team culture.
