The successful candidate will be responsible for strategizing, designing, and building a scalable growth model, with a focus on leveraging the company's unique portfolio of government contract vehicles. This includes Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) contracts. The VP of Growth will also be instrumental in championing the use of advanced AI and automation to modernize growth operations. The role demands a leader with broad executive-level growth experience, a deep understanding of government procurement processes, and a proven track record of managing and achieving growth in the government professional services space, particularly at the federal level. Applicants for the VP of Growth position at the company should possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree and have a relentless commitment to excellence. The role requires the ability to coordinate growth-related activities and teams, establish and maintain trusted relationships, and work successfully within a professional services environment.
