Senior Financial AnalystThe Senior Financial Analyst supports HUB Northwest's accounting and FP&A functions, partnering with Finance leadership on monthly reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and the integration of newly acquired businesses.Responsibilities include:Maintain and analyze the general ledger and monthly activity within the Oracle ERP system (including Oracle Hyperion financial reporting software)Support month-end closeReview financial statements (income statement and balance sheet) and perform balance sheet reconciliationsResearch, identify, and communicate key variances in financial and operational metricsProvide ad hoc financial and operational analysis to support business decisionsSupport the monthly forecast and annual budget processSupport Finance leadership with day-to-day tasks and ad hoc requestsPosition RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferredIntermediate Microsoft Excel skillsStrong organizational and communication skillsStrong attention to detailAbility to work under tight timelinesProactive, self-directed work ethic with the ability to anticipate needsAt least three years of relevant experience preferredThe expected salary range for this position is $80,000- $100,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope and level.
