Your responsibilities include: Developing and managing individualized care plans Providing symptom management and comfort‑focused care Educating patients and families on disease progression and end‑of‑life care Collaborating with physicians, social workers, chaplains, aides, and the interdisciplinary team Supervising Hospice Aides and LPN/LVNs Monitoring patient condition and communicating changes promptly Completing accurate and timely documentation Supporting families emotionally through every stage of care Participating in on‑call rotation as assigned Qualifications Current RN License CPR Certification Valid Driver’s License & Auto Insurance Hospice RN experience preferred HomeCare HomeBase experience preferred Strong clinical, communication, and critical thinking skills Join a Team That Leads With Compassion Hospice nursing is more than a career — it’s a calling.
