Desktop Support Engineer job at Tata Consultancy Services. Kenosha, WI. Technical/Functional Skills – Must Have Skills Ready to work in evening/night shift and provide on-call support for critical production issues Excellent troubleshooting skills Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks Strong customer-service orientation Effective interpersonal and relationship-building skills Ability to learn new technologies to perform day to day support operations Roles & Responsibilities Provide Tier 2 Support for Windows Desktop. Support Activities include: PC Hardware and software Support/Virtual Desktop/iPads/Printers/Citrix IGELS/Servers Support/Network Support/Workstation Patching Access management Escalate issue to appropriate teams if required and follow up for closure Salary Range: $50,000-$55,000 a year #J-18808-Ljbffr Tata Consultancy Services
