Technical/Functional Skills – Must Have Skills Ready to work in evening/night shift and provide on-call support for critical production issues Excellent troubleshooting skills Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks Strong customer-service orientation Effective interpersonal and relationship-building skills Ability to learn new technologies to perform day to day support operations Roles & Responsibilities Provide Tier 2 Support for Windows Desktop.
