Workflow Coordinator

Schedule: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday



Your role with us

As a workflow coordinator at Salem Health, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence within Human Resources. Acting as a trusted partner to HR leaders across total rewards, employee relations, and development, you'll lead the coordination of critical workflows, oversee data tracking and reporting, and support high-impact projects that span multiple teams. Your ability to bring structure to complex, fast-moving work, improve processes, and anticipate needs will directly influence efficiency, communication, and outcomes across the organization. You'll have the autonomy to take initiative and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain tracking tools, reports, standard work, and documentation across multiple HR functional areas
• Support improvement work through data collection and reporting, including dashboards, visibility boards, 5S, and 4-Step Problem Solving
• Coordinate projects from start to finish: scope, schedule, tracking, and results
• Provide dynamic administrative and coordination support to HR leaders
• Plan team meetings and events, from agendas and minutes to room setup and logistics
• Process purchase orders, invoices, expense reports, and credit card reconciliation
• Manage office supplies, travel coordination, and vendor relationships

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Three years of experience in administrative support, logistical coordination, or oversight of processes related to total rewards, employee relations, or employee development
