Works with moderate guidance in own area of knowledge.Job DescriptionCore ResponsibilitiesDesign and continuously improve guided buying pathways within procurement systemsPartner with stakeholders to align buying channels (catalogs, forms, punchouts) with business needsDefine and enforce buying rules, policies, and user journeys that drive compliant purchasing behaviorSupport global guided buying initiatives, including alignment across Cable/Sky procurement teamsDrive catalog expansion to support guided buying adoptionDevelop and maintain dashboards tracking:Guided buying adoption ratesCatalog vs. non-catalog spendCompliance to preferred suppliersPO accuracy and cycle timeConducting in-depth market and supplier research to identify sourcing opportunities, evaluate supplier capabilities, and stay informed on industry trends relevant to the Professional Services categoryCollaborating with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and developing sourcing strategies that align with operational goals and budget constraintsAssisting in executing sourcing initiatives such as Requests for Proposals (RFPs), supplier evaluations, contract negotiations, and Statements of Work (SOWs) review, with increasing responsibility over timeHelping manages supplier relationships by supporting performance monitoring, issue resolution, and regular business reviews to ensure alignment with service expectations and contractual obligationsAssisting with contract lifecycle activities, including redlining and negotiation of financial and legal terms in collaboration with category leaders and legal teamsAnalyzing procurement data to identify trends, savings opportunities, and operational improvements. Supporting reporting efforts for category performance and strategic initiativesParticipating in initiatives aimed at improving procurement processes, increasing automation, and enhancing the speed and efficiency of sourcing and contracting activitiesSupporting the development and enforcement of procurement policies, ensuring adherence to internal controls and external regulatory requirementsWorking under the guidance of Professional Services category leaders to grow procurement and sourcing capabilities through hands-on experience and mentorshipConsistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
